Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Pathology File Clerks for an exciting opportunity in New York, NY! Details: - Shift: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Contract: 1 Year with possibility of a perm position
- Pay: $22/hour
- File/retrieve microscopic slide and paraffin blocks correctly and maintain them in an organized manner
- Ensure that materials are filed chronologically by year and accession number
- Perform proper identification to ensure materials retrieved match the forms submitted
- Maintain accurate and complete records
- Delivers requests in a timely manner and provides updates to the requestor as needed
Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a health care setting
- Strong Data Management Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- College Degree Preferred
