Our client, a global credit intelligence company is seeking an entry-level Facilities Coordinator to join their team. • This position is a long-term temp position with potential to convert to perm position. • The work schedule is 9am – 5pm. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. • The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
Job Summary The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working with the NY Facilities team and Global Head of Facilities in managing the LA office in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards in areas of budget management & administration, physical facilities management, and employee relations. Responsibilities · Daily walkthroughs · Manage and order supplies as needed · Address any repair issues with all office equipment or within the space · Review and distribute all mail · Handle all deliveries, both incoming and outgoing · Assist with weekly catered lunches · Work with all maintenance vendors to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner · Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements · High school diploma · 1+ years’ working as a Facilities Coordinator · Critical thinking skills; comfort with suggesting changes/improvements in a proactive manner · Willing to work a full time schedule.
